Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules and health provisions in a hospital environment.
• Receive, inspect, count, and store incoming merchandise.
• Mark and tag merchandise for the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean stock room in line with safety and merchandising standards.
• Prepare and review daily receiving reports for management review.
• Assist with stock counts and annual inventories to ensure availability.
• Inform management of slow-moving or damaged merchandise and customer requests.
• Notify management of suspected shoplifting or internal security issues.
• Move merchandise from stock to sales floor and manage displays (POGs).
• Operate cash register and manage change fund during peak times; restock vending machines and supply items.
