Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Inventory Associate – Mornings (Part-Time) in Fullerton. Starting wage is $18.00-$20.00 per hour with early morning shifts, flexible scheduling, and paid training to help top retailers count inventory accurately.

No inventory experience is required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. You will stand and walk during shifts, lift up to 25 pounds, and use handheld technology to record counts accurately.

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
