WIS International seeks a part-time Retail Inventory Associate – Mornings in Fullerton, CA. This early shift role offers a starting wage of $18.00-$20.00 per hour, with paid training and opportunities to earn more through performance.

No inventory experience is required; we provide all training. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail setting, use handheld technology, and gain travel opportunities while joining a team that values reliability and accuracy.

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

• Takes initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional hours, including flexible schedules

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
