Job summary

WIS International in Sioux City, IA is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver with morning shifts. Starting wage is $17.00–$19.00 per hour, with paid training and opportunities to earn more through performance-based pay increases.

No inventory experience is required; training is provided and safety is emphasized. You will transport teammates to inventory events, count and record retail stock using handheld scanners, and travel between locations while maintaining high accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations are required.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds

What We’re Looking For

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
