Job summary

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate Driver to help count inventory at retail locations. You will travel between sites with a team, count with handheld scanners, and uphold accuracy while meeting productivity targets.

The role offers a starting wage of $16.00–$18.00 per hour with paid training, a flexible schedule, and potential earnings increases based on performance. No degree is required.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are valuable backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive teammates to and from inventory events safely and on time.

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
