Starting Wage: $17.50-$20.75

Role and Responsibilities

• Safety First - Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner. This role is responsible for adhering to traffic laws and driver safety requirements, as well as conducting and completing vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision - Accuracy matters here.

• Move between inventory locations - Often walking or standing for extended periods.

Team Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashier, Sales, Driver and/or Warehouse work is preferred; training is available
• Make your experience count - No inventory experience? No problem. If you can bring the discipline, we will train the rest.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and consistency
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Inventory Associate Driver Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights

Working Conditions

This position requires standing for prolonged periods, frequent walking, ability to use hands for repetitive motions, and ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs. Occasional travel by car and plane, including overnight stays, may be required.
