Starting Wage: $17.00 - $22.00

The hourly rate range is based on actual ranges for the employees who currently hold a comparable position.

WIS Retail Driver Associate – What You Will Do

• Safety First - Transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner while adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements; conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy matters.

• Move between inventory locations— often walking or standing for extended periods.

Team Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is preferred. Make your experience count!
• There is training if you lack inventory experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Inventory Associate Driver Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, frequent walking, repetitive hand/wrist motions, low level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), frequent use of a ladder, and lifting/carrying items up to 25 lbs. Occasional travel by car and occasional travel by plane, including overnight stays.
