WIS Retail Driver Associate – What You will Do

• Work primarily with a single customer in home improvement segment.
• Safety First – Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhere to traffic laws and WIS safety requirements, conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity-based wage increases.

Team Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work welcomed.
• No inventory experience? Training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Valid driver's license in state of residence for minimum 36 months.
• Minimum 3 years proven driving experience.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation.
• Availability for flexible schedule, including early mornings, late nights.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, occasional walking; use both hands for repetitive motions; frequently be in low positions such as squatting, kneeling, crouching; commonly use ladder; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; travel via car and occasionally plane, including overnight stays.
