Job summary

WIS International is seeking an Inventory Associate Driver (Part-Time) in Oregon to transport staff to inventory events, count stock with handheld devices, and maintain high accuracy. The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for performance-based pay increases.

You must be 18+ with a valid license, be able to travel to retail locations, and work well in a team. No degree required; additional opportunities like referral bonuses and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver and at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.

What You'll Do

• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
