Job summary

WIS International in Des Moines is seeking a Retail Inventory Associate (Part-Time) to help count and record inventory at multiple retail locations. You will use handheld scanners, maintain accuracy, and meet productivity goals to maximize earnings under our pay program.

No experience required; training provided. You must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be able to travel to stores. This role offers flexible scheduling, performance-based raises, and opportunities for referral bonuses.

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods


• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching


• Climbing ladders when needed


• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds


• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
