Job summary

Actionlink, Llc is hiring a hands-on Project Lead to manage retail installations, merchandising projects and display builds from start to finish. You will direct onsite teams or operate solo, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to plans in store environments.

Travel is possible, with evenings, weekends, or overnight stays as projects require. You will communicate status, resolve issues, build strong relationships with store leadership and clients, and maintain timely project reporting

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating and motivating teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, display assembly, or light construction.
• Strong professionalism, accountability, and high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead or solo execution of retail installations and display builds.
• Direct onsite teams to ensure quality, safety and timely completion.
