ActionLink is seeking a hands-on Installation Team Lead to manage retail fixture installations, merchandising projects and display builds across multiple stores. You will supervise teams on-site, interpret planograms, ensure safety standards, and deliver high-quality results within timelines.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with travel to NY stores as needed. Compensations include benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating and motivating teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, display assembly, or light construction preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to interpret planograms, installation guides, and project documentation.
• Reliable with basic computer skills and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retail installations and merchandising projects from start to finish as a lead or solo representative.
• Direct onsite teams to ensure quality, safety and timely completion of projects.
• Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support successful client outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with store leadership, clients and team members.
