Overview

SupplyPike, now proudly part of SPS Commerce, is transforming how suppliers protect and grow their revenue. Our mission is simple: eliminate costly retailer deductions, recover lost dollars, and give brands the clarity they need to operate smarter and stronger.

SupplyPike joined SPS Commerce— the industry’s leading provider of cloud‑based supply chain management solutions— marking an exciting evolution of our vision. Together with Carbon6, we now form the Revenue Recovery team under SPS, uniting deep supply chain expertise with powerful technology.

As a global team across North America, Europe, and Asia, we thrive on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Whether you’re building breakthrough technology, empowering suppliers to reclaim revenue, or driving smarter supply chain operations, you’ll join a community shaping the future of retail—together.

The Opportunity

As a Retail Insights Manager on the Revenue Recovery team at SupplyPike, now part of SPS Commerce, you’ll combine deep retail expertise with a passion for helping suppliers protect their profits and operate smarter.

This role blends the consultative nature of a sales engineer with the strategic insight of a retail operations expert. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across major retailers—Walmart, Target, Amazon, CVS, Kroger, Lowe’s, and others—guiding prospects and customers through complex deduction, compliance, and profitability challenges.

If you have firsthand experience navigating the supplier world and thrive on connecting data, technology, and storytelling, this is your opportunity to shape how the world’s top brands recover revenue and grow.

Location: Remote – with quarterly travel to our office in Rogers, AR

Your Impact
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on retailer deductions and compliance programs, partnering closely with Sales teams to drive deal strategy, demos, ROI analyses, and revenue outcomes.
  • Translate complex retail operations data into clear, actionable insights that connect with supplier pain points and demonstrate measurable business value.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams—shaping product enhancements, informing go‑to‑market strategies, and elevating thought leadership content.
  • Support customer‑facing teams post‑sale by troubleshooting deduction issues, providing root‑cause analysis, and helping enterprise clients maximize the value of SupplyPike’s solutions.
  • Stay ahead of retail trends and compliance developments, sharing insights that guide both internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead with empathy and authenticity—you’ve been in the supplier’s shoes and know how to build trust, credibility, and lasting relationships.
Your Qualifications
  • Retail & Supplier Expertise: 5+ years in retail operations, deductions, finance, or compliance—ideally within Amazon or another major retailer ecosystem. Experience with Amazon finance/compliance systems or supporting Amazon suppliers is a strong plus.
  • Sales‑Adjacent Experience: Supporting sales or customer‑facing teams; comfortable in pre‑sales environments, demos, and client discussions.
  • Analytical & Insight‑Driven: Skilled at interpreting data, identifying patterns, presenting insights that influence decision‑making, build trust, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Organized & Adaptable: Highly detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple internal stakeholders, competing priorities, and balancing short‑term deal support with longer‑term projects, pivoting quickly as priorities evolve.
  • Collaborative by Nature: Thrive in an environment built on collaboration, innovation, and customer empathy—always seeking more efficient ways to help suppliers succeed.
