Jacksons Food Stores, Inc. in Issaquah is seeking a part-time Retail Image Associate to maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and assist customers. You will work independently, restock shelves, greet customers, and help with cashiering as needed.

The role requires a flexible schedule across nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods. Prior retail or janitorial experience is a plus, with minimum legal age to work.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability for a 24/7 operation (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Previous retail or janitorial experience is a plus.
• Minimum age 16 (some locations 18; NV only – must be of legal age to work near slot machines).

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness inside and out, including restrooms, shelves, floors, and fuel pumps.
• Restock shelves, rotate products, and label accurately.
• Greet customers, provide assistance, and promote store specials.
• Ensure compliance with food prep and sanitation standards.
• Support team members and assist with cashiering as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
