Job summary

Extramile in Parma, ID is seeking a Retail Image Associate. This part-time role pays $15.00 per hour and involves maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment and assisting customers inside a 6:00am–4:00pm weekend shift with occasional weekday coverage.

Responsibilities include stocking, greeting customers, promoting store specials, and supporting cashiering as needed. Prior retail or janitorial experience is a plus; candidates must be at least 16 years old (18 in some locations).

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability for a 24/7 operation (including nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Previous retail or janitorial experience is a plus.
• Minimum age 16 years (some locations require 18).

• Maintain store cleanliness inside and out, including restrooms, shelves, floors, and fuel pumps.
• Restock shelves, rotate products, and label accurately.
• Greet customers, provide assistance, and promote store specials.
• Ensure compliance with food prep and sanitation standards.
• Support team members and assist with cashiering as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
