Job summary

Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking Customer Engagement Specialists to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Lexington, KY. The role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for comfort solutions, energy upgrades, and IAQ services.

The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with weekly pay, uncapped commissions, and paid training. In-store presence and a professional demeanor are required to represent the ARS brand.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, engaging personality suitable for in-store interactions.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in-store to introduce Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning solutions.
• Drive lead generation and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services.
• Generate appointments and input customer data accurately.
