Job summary

Boll & Branch in Summit, NJ is seeking an Associate Business Partner, Retail to deliver recruiting and HR generalist support for our growing store footprint. You’ll own full-cycle NSO recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and lifecycle administration while supporting day-to-day ER needs for retail employees.

This role reports to the Sr. Business Partner, Retail and requires 3+ years of HR experience blending recruitment with generalist work, along with the ability to travel to stores across the US

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience combining full-cycle recruitment with foundational HR responsibilities.
• Proven ability to own recruiting and onboarding for multi-unit retail environments.
• Experience with employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle NSO recruiting and partner with retail leaders to hire for new stores.
• Deliver high-touch onboarding, benefits enrollment and lifecycle updates for retail staff.
• Manage employee relations inquiries and maintain data integrity across HR systems.
• Lead Boll & Branch Corporate Summer Internship Program end-to-end.
