ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Springhill, FL. This high-energy sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for ARS home comfort solutions and energy-saving upgrades.

You will earn $18–$20 per hour plus commission, with typical earnings of $20–$30/hour on average. Weekly pay, paid training, and flexible schedules are offered, with part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners while they shop and introduce them to ARS home comfort solutions.
• Educate customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
