Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a team member to assist in processing donated goods and delivering excellent guest experiences at our Rome location. You will help prepare items for sale, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and support day-to-day operations to meet production goals.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a positive guest-first attitude, with training provided and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Must have good oral and written communication in English
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgement

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promote the brand experience
• Assist in transitioning products to the sales floor with care and urgency
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness
• Process transactions at point of sale accurately
• Assist with restocking, pricing, and inventory control
• Perform safety and security duties and report hazards to management
• Attend required trainings and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
