Job summary

SAS Retail Solutions, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to drive sales and champion brands in assigned stores. You will influence decisions, optimize displays, manage stock, and execute merchandising programs to boost in-store performance.

This is a full-time, on-site role with flexible hours and benefits. You’ll work independently within a store team, travel to multiple locations, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to work locations
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Safety-conscious in a fast-paced retail setting

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by influencing store decision-makers and promoting products at retail
• Create eye-catching displays and execute merchandising strategies to boost sales
• Manage stock, rotate inventory, and place orders to optimize assortment
• Grow and manage a diverse book of business within assigned stores and territory
• Provide insights to influence store strategy and drive performance
