Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking store teammates who are passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and help them find the right products while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include merchandising, price changes, and inventory replenishment, with opportunities to promote loyalty and warranty programs. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and flexible task execution in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

OVERVIEW

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exception shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize. Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience. Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc. Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.). Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information. Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Targeted Pay Range: $14.50 - $21.50.

Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
