Macy's is seeking a Fulfillment Colleague to blend sales floor engagement with back-of-house fulfillment. You will select merchandise, pack and ship online orders with care, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup.

You will greet customers, resolve issues professionally, and help ensure smooth interactions to build loyalty. Flexibility is valued for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays while meeting daily sales goals.

Formación
