The Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Reading, PA is seeking a Front End Team Leader to oversee the store’s front-end operations and lead a committed sales team focused on providing a great customer experience.

You will manage associate development, customer service, asset protection and store maintenance, while guiding scheduling, payroll, and pricing updates. This role requires leadership, teamwork and a hands-on approach to daily store performance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

• Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Front End Team Leader serves as a store keyholder and provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of store. The Front End Team Leader creates and leads a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good customer experience. Responsibilities include aspects of Associate development, customer service, asset protection and store maintenance.
