Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Front End Team Leader to oversee front-end operations, lead a sales team, and ensure a positive customer experience.

You will manage payroll, scheduling, donations programs, safety meetings, pricing updates, and open/close the store as needed while maintaining store standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Overview

The Front End Team Leader serves as a store keyholder and provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of store. The Front End Team Leader creates and leads a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good customer experience. Responsibilities include aspects of Associate development, customer service, asset protection and store maintenance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
