Marshalls in Scarborough, ME is seeking a Front End Supervisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience and lead a team at the front of store. You will promote loyalty programs, coach Associates, and maintain a clean, organized environment that supports high service standards.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to train others while adhering to store policies and labor laws. This is a retail leadership position within the TJX family.

Responsabilidades

• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures a positive experience.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end operations and loyalty programs.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes safety, shrink reduction, and loyalty programs.
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to management.

Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience. Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Leads by example by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Role models outstanding customer service.

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Ensures Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
