Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to lead front-end operations and guide the store team. You will work closely with store management in merchandising, customer service, operations, and HR to drive results and deliver exceptional shopper experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capability to move up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through coaching and training of staff.
