Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to lead in Milpitas, CA. The role supports store management in merchandising, customer service, operations and HR, acting as a springboard to future management opportunities.

You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, ensure safety, and drive sales while building a diverse, high-performing team.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays; lift 40 lbs.
