Job summary

Burlington Stores in Madison, WI, is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join the store leadership team. You will oversee front-end operations, coach staff, and drive sales while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

The role requires supervisory experience, the ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and to lift 40 lbs. The position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package with discount options.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and to stand/walk for extended periods

• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports

• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence

Key Responsibilities:
