Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Longview, WA seeks a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor. The role involves supervising store operations, coaching teams, and ensuring outstanding customer service while applying safety and loss-prevention standards.

You will work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays, with competitive pay and benefits, and opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding retailer with a strong community presence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and oversee front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortage.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal/break periods and monitor schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty
