Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Eagan, MN is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, train and coach associates, and work closely with Store Management to drive sales and service.

This role requires a flexible full-time schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Base pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour with competitive benefits, an associate discount of up to 30%, and

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrinkage.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
