Job summary

Burlington Stores is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will work closely with management in merchandising, service, operations, and HR to supervise front-end functions and drive results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and staff as Manager on Duty.
• Drive sales through training, development, and coaching of associates.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and employees.
• Foster diversity and teamwork; resolve issues and monitor front-end operations.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new teammates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and community relations programs.
