Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or big-box environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store front-end operations and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, coach, and develop staff to maximize sales performance.
• Promote store safety and adherence to company policies.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative team culture and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Participate in workload planning and schedules to meet store needs.
