Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store front. You will handle core customer service tasks and front-end operations, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key duties include greeting customers, operating the register, staying informed on promotions, supporting donation programs, and keeping the store tidy and well-stocked. A positive team player mindset is essential, with some evening/weekend availability expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months of prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front-end.
• Operate the register, process refunds for other associates, and assist with training new associates.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
