Job summary

TJ Maxx Store in Pawleys Island, USA, seeks a front-end leader to ensure an excellent customer experience and promote loyalty programs. You will oversee a team of associates at the front of the store, model outstanding service, and maintain a clean, organized environment.

Available to work nights and weekends, bring merchandising know-how, multi-tasking ability, and strong communication. You will train others, schedule registers, and uphold labor laws and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with some leadership exposure.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.
• Ability to train others and lead front-end operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-store team delivering prompt, courteous service and promoting loyalty programs.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure proper POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Promote safety, adhere to labor laws and store policies.
• Partner with management on training needs to increase effectiveness.
