Ollie is hiring for a Retail Freight Team Leader at our Hannibal, MO store. You will oversee receiving, freight flow, and merchandising to ensure timely, accurate product placement and display execution on the sales floor.

The role requires supervising other associates, acting as Manager on Duty, and maintaining a safe receiving area. Excellent organization and customer-service approach are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and support the merchandising of distribution shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Manage freight flow in receiving area and maintain a safe dock.
• Direct the work of other associates and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
