Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Team Leader to oversee freight flow, ensure accurate receipt, and maintain the receiving area in line with store standards. You will supervise the team, manage back stock, and minimize profit loss from damaged goods.

The role centers on unloading shipments, verifying shipments, and merchandising displays while upholding safety and operational procedures. You will act as Manager on Duty and support opening/closing tasks.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks while working within strict timeframes and deadlines.
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to interact well with customers and associates.

• Act as Manager on Duty and complete any additional responsibilities as assigned including opening and closing of the store.

Internal Job Title: Receiving Team Leader

Position Overview:

The Receiving Team Leader serves as a store keyholder and oversees the efficient operation and maintenance of the receiving area as outlined in the company receiving area plan. Responsibilities include the accurate, efficient, and timely execution of freight flow to the sales floor in accordance with established processing and visual merchandising standards. Maintain back stock in the receiving area and manage the disposition of damaged goods to minimize profit loss.
