Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Specialist to help move merchandise from delivery to the sales floor and support store operations. The role emphasizes accurate freight handling, merchandising, and maintaining an organized receiving area.

You’ll work with Team Leaders to communicate needs, train new associates, and ensure pricing and display standards are met. The position is on-site with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced discount retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store, and training new Associates.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
