Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail-Framing Manager for the Bee Caves, TX location. This full-time role leads a team of framers, focuses on building customer relationships, and drives custom framing sales.

The position requires managing store operations, coaching staff, and ensuring high-quality framing solutions are delivered on schedule. Responsibilities include KPI achievement, inventory and safety oversight, onboarding new team members, and acting as MOD.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in upholding SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and policy adherence.
• Develop and coach the team’s selling behaviors to boost framing sales.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage framing team performance.
• Oversee inventory, shrink control, and safety programs; act as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members and support Talent Development.
