Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Temple, PA is seeking a Store - Temple, PA Retail Framing/Custom Business Team Member. Help customers build custom framing solutions, manage orders, and maintain a well-merchandised store environment.

You will assist shoppers, operate the register, stock shelves, and follow SOPs while delivering friendly service. This full-time role requires basic computer skills, measuring, and framing equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating Custom Framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for.
• Follow SOPs and Company programs; support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact respectfully and promote the organization’s vision and values.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes; ensure standards are met.
• Operate cash register and perform cash handling to standards.
• Acknowledge customers and provide product solutions; assist with Omni channel processes.
