This role involves leading and coaching a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships and creating framing solutions for art. The position emphasizes driving sales, assisting customers, and managing team performance.

Major Activities

• Assist Store Manager in ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policies; maintain store conditions and results.
• Develop and coach the team on selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions, planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team’s performance.
• Review sales and workload, and plan for networking and sales floor activities.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of team members.
• Collaborate with MODs on framing expectations.
• Maintain a positive and respectful interaction with customers and team members.
• Participate in stock unloading and stocking processes.
• Follow SOPs and ensure a safe environment.
• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Support omni-channel processes.

Minimum Experience

• Basic computer skills.

Preferred Experience

• Previous custom framing experience.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Physical Requirements

• Bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
• Mobility throughout the store.
• Standing for long periods.
• Lifting heavy items and using ladders.

Work Environment

• Public retail store with climate-controlled areas.
• Some outdoor work and work in the frame shop with glass cutters and heat press.
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
