Job Overview

The Fragrance RSS Colleague is responsible for providing professional services to customers by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related items, as well as contributing to the success of the department. The colleague is also responsible for fulfillment and performing other duties as necessary.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are typically scheduled 12‑24 hours per week. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability. What You Will Do

• Provide exceptional customer service in all aspects of total store, satisfying the needs of both digital and physical customers and making appropriate partnerships when necessary.
• Explain and demonstrate the use of fragrances through actual application or card application.
• Partner with the Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager of inventory and address difficulties or inaccuracies.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, storage, and replenishment of stock.
• Participate in pre‑selling and sales‑driving events to maximize sales.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and returns to vendors (RTVs) in a timely manner.
• Keep work area free from hazards and work safely.
• Adhere to Asset Protection and inventory control and compliance procedures.
• Maintain hygiene standards.
• Follow shortage programs and procedures.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1‑2 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Self‑starter, works well independently and as part of a team, and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Lifting, constant moving, standing, reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 50 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders.
• Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
