The North American Food Safety Operations Program Team ensures that all Amazon Distribution and Retail/Grocery Fulfillment sites meet safety criteria, regulatory requirements and brand standards. They collaborate with a diverse range of internal stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures across the fulfillment network. They excel at translating food safety initiatives into clear, actionable guidelines, facilitating seamless adoption across the fulfillment network.
In this role, you will be elevating food safety compliance standards across Amazon's network of Distribution and Retail/Grocery Fulfillment sites. Your typical day will blend strategic planning with innovative program development. You’ll work with a diverse range of internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of program changes. You'll analyze trends, conduct comprehensive program assessments, and collaborate with third-party experts when required to continuously enhance our processes. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
