Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a full-time Store Associate in Woodstock, GA to merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain a clean, inviting store. You will operate the POS system, follow cash policies, stock shelves, assist with curbside orders, and support store management to meet efficiency and loss-reduction goals.

Responsibilities

• Models and follows customer service principles and escalates concerns to management when needed.
• Notifies management of loss due to damaged or outdated products.
• Uses POS to scan and process purchases accurately and reports scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures and maintains checkout efficiency.
• Maintains store standards and supports curbside pickup accuracy and delivery.
• Performs general cleaning and stocking to company standards.
• Supports safety, ergonomics, and hazard prevention in the work area.
