The role supports multiple areas, adheres to health and safety standards, and assists with Front End coverage as needed. Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent customer service, strong organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.

Responsibilities

• Operate scrubber and buffer to maintain floor cleanliness.
• Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning windows.
• Adhere to health, safety, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas.
• Support Front End coverage and store operations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and Lounge.
• Communicate clearly with management and associates.
