Goodwill Manasota is seeking a Sales Floor Team Member for our Sarasota store. This full-time role focuses on greeting customers and delivering excellent service while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

You will stock and rotate merchandise, assist customers, and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends to support a positive shopping experience and the store's goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
