SAS Retail Services is seeking a Retail Sales and Merchandising Field Trainer to lead in-store merchandising, train staff, and support territory coverage. Our on-the-job training builds skills in training, category resets and product placement while you mentor teams across Walmart stores in your area.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Available to work Monday - Friday.
• Have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel within your territory with minimal supervision.
• Previous merchandising and sales experience, comfortable with technology.
• Excel at building trust, communicating, and managing your time efficiently.
