Job summary

Re-Bath is seeking a hands-on Retail Field Team Leader to coach Brand Ambassadors across Home Depot/Lowe's stores in Michigan and Northwest Ohio. You will analyze performance data, build relationships with store leaders, and drive measurable improvements in leads and qualified appointments.

You will lead field teams, train store associates to identify remodeling opportunities, and align field execution with broader channel strategy while traveling regularly to assigned locations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail experience, including coaching or supervising employees.
• Ability to interpret performance reports, spot trends, and put improvement plans into action.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization and follow-through skills.
• Valid driver's license, travel across the territory, and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, onboard, and hold accountable a team of Brand Ambassadors across assigned Home Depot or Lowe's stores.
• Build productive relationships with Store Managers, District Managers, and retail associates through regular store visits and business reviews.
• Analyze store-level leads, appointments, conversion rates, and year-over-year performance; identify gaps and growth opportunities.
• Create and execute practical action plans for underperforming stores, track progress, and communicate results to leadership.
• Observe performance in the field, deliver hands-on coaching, and reinforce effective lead-capture and appointment-setting practices.
• Coordinate field priorities, scheduling and store coverage; follow through on commitments and maintain timely reporting.
