Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a dynamic candidate to drive market share growth within The Home Depot. You will engage customers, execute promotional events, and apply data insights to optimize product placement and sell-through.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must have a personal vehicle.
• Willing to travel to stores and attend meetings.
• Retail environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data analytics with Power BI.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members.
• Manage inventory levels and reporting.
• Participate in merchandising resets and ensure timely placement of products.
