Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth at The Home Depot. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and support merchandising and promotional events.

You will leverage Power BI analytics to inform decisions, coordinate with store teams, and ensure brand presence across assigned markets. This role requires travel, a valid US driver's license, and a proactive, self‑motivated approach.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid US driver's license for at least one year.
• Owns a personal vehicle and insurance.
• Willing to travel to stores and occasional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets in The Home Depot with product solutions.
• Plan promotional events and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to raise awareness.
• Maintain brand presence and sales readiness through merchandising.
• Use Power BI data to guide decisions and maximize impact.
• Build relationships with Home Depot team members for in-store success.
• Manage inventory and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to launch new products.
