Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking new Field Representatives to collect critical retail information, merchandise/demo products, and perform store resets across assigned markets. You will use a company app to record data, interact with store personnel and customers, and coordinate project reporting to our corporate office.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable, with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Available at least 32 hours per week; flexible to take on more hours as needed.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Be assigned projects within your market area.
• Complete projects in the United States independently or in a team when needed.
• Download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Capture criteria such as item prices, promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit completed project data to the corporate office for review.
• Conduct demos and engage with store personnel and customers as required.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.
